This project involved the comprehensive UI/UX redesign of the existing StartCompanies website. The primary aim was to modernize its aesthetics, enhance usability, and optimize the overall user experience to better engage visitors and support their business objectives.

The Problem:

The previous StartCompanies website faced challenges common to older digital platforms, likely including an outdated visual design, potential usability bottlenecks, and a lack of responsiveness across various devices. These issues could hinder user engagement, lead to frustration, and not effectively communicate the company's value proposition to its target audience.

The Goal:

The main goal of this redesign was to transform the StartCompanies website into a highly intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly platform. Specific objectives included improving navigation, streamlining key user flows, and creating a modern interface that resonates with the target audience, ultimately enhancing user satisfaction and achieving business goals.

My Role:

UI/UX Designer

As UI/UX Designer for the StartCompanies website redesign, my responsibilities spanned the entire design lifecycle. My key contributions included:

-Agile Project Management: Applied agile project management principles throughout the process.

-Task Planning & Management: Planned and managed project tasks using tools like Trello, ensuring deadlines were met and client satisfaction was achieved.

-Interface Design: Designed high-fidelity user interfaces, focusing on visual appeal, consistency, and intuitive interaction for a seamless user experience.

-Client Collaboration: Collaborated closely with the client to gather requirements, present design iterations, and ensure the final product aligned with their vision.

Hero Section Redesign: Captivating First Impressions

The Hero section is the gateway to any website, and for StartCompanies, it was crucial to make a powerful and clear first impression. The redesign focused on modernizing the visual appeal, enhancing readability, and strengthening the immediate value proposition.

The previous hero section  had a crowded layout with dense text and a lack of visual hierarchy, making it challenging for users to quickly grasp the core message. The background image, while thematic, competed with the text elements, impacting readability and overall user engagement.

The redesigned hero section  introduces a cleaner, more spacious layout. By simplifying the text, increasing font sizes for key messages ("EXPANDÍ TU LIBERTAD Y ABRI TU LLC EN USA"), and using a clearer color contrast, readability was significantly enhanced. The updated visual treatment of the Estatua de la Libertad is more integrated and less distracting, allowing the call to action ("ABRIR LLC") to stand out prominently. This new design aims to convey trust and opportunity more effectively, guiding users directly to the main conversion point.

Pricing Plans Section: Enhancing Clarity and Engagement

The pricing plans section is critical for converting visitors into clients. Our redesign for StartCompanies focused on transforming a potentially confusing layout into a clear, inviting, and easy-to-understand presentation of their service packages.

The previous pricing section presented a cluttered appearance, with prices that were not immediately clear and a lack of visual hierarchy to guide the user's eye. The "Monthly" and "Yearly" toggle was present but blended in, and the calls to action lacked visual prominence, potentially leading to user hesitation and missed conversions.

-Enhanced Visual Hierarchy: The prices are now the most prominent element, immediately drawing attention.

-Popular Highlight: The "Pack Emprendedor" is clearly highlighted as "POPULAR," guiding users towards the most recommended option.

-Improved Readability: Features within each plan are presented with clear checkmarks and simplified text, making it easier for users to compare options at a glance.

-Refined Call-to-Action: The "Comprar" buttons are more prominent and visually aligned with the overall design, encouraging conversion.

-Clearer Toggle: The "Monthly / Yearly" toggle is more distinct, allowing users to easily switch between pricing models.

These design choices aim to reduce cognitive load, empower users to make informed decisions quickly, and ultimately streamline the conversion process for StartCompanies.

Unique Value Proposition: Enhancing Key Message Delivery

The "Unique Value Proposition" section is fundamental for communicating StartCompanies' core strengths and why clients should choose them. Our redesign aimed to make these critical differentiators more visually engaging and digestible, ensuring they immediately resonate with visitors.

The previous Unique Value Proposition section, while containing essential information, presented it with a somewhat flat visual hierarchy and limited visual engagement. The text-heavy columns, despite numerical labels, didn't immediately draw the eye or help differentiate between the key benefits, potentially leading to users skimming or overlooking crucial details.

The redesigned "Unique Value Proposition" section significantly improves how StartCompanies' core advantages are presented. Key enhancements include:

-Visual Impact: The introduction of relevant background images for each value proposition immediately enhances engagement and provides visual context to each point.

-Improved Readability: The titles ("Especialización Internacional", "Acompañamiento Integral", "Sin Barreras Geográficas") are more prominent, and the accompanying text is presented in a clean, legible format.

-Clearer Separation: The green accent lines visually separate each value proposition, making the content easier to scan and comprehend.

-Consistent Branding: The overall aesthetic is more polished and aligned with the new brand identity, reinforcing trust and professionalism.

These design changes aim to communicate StartCompanies' unique strengths more effectively and memorably, making it easier for potential clients to understand the benefits of their services at a glance.

Call to Action Section: Driving Engagement and Conversion

The Call to Action (CTA) section serves as a direct invitation for users to connect and take the next step. Our redesign aimed to enhance its visual appeal and persuasive power, making it more inviting and effective.

The original Call to Action section was simple but lacked visual appeal and an engaging backdrop. While the message was clear, its plain presentation did not fully leverage visual elements to capture attention and convey professionalism, potentially making it less impactful in encouraging user interaction.

-Improved Layout: The updated layout integrates the image seamlessly with the text and button, creating a more cohesive and professional look.

-Consistent Branding: The new design aligns perfectly with the refreshed brand identity of StartCompanies, reinforcing a modern and trustworthy image.

-Enhanced Prominence: The combination of a visually appealing background and a clear, centrally placed button draws the user's eye more effectively to the call to action, encouraging them to "Comienza ahora."

These design changes transform the CTA section into a more engaging and effective conversion point, guiding users smoothly towards taking action with StartCompanies.

Contact & Scheduling Section: Streamlining Communication

The contact and scheduling section is crucial for enabling direct communication and facilitating lead generation. Our redesign focused on making it easier for users to get in touch and book a consultation, enhancing both usability and visual appeal.

The previous contact section presented information in a somewhat disjointed manner, lacking visual connection between the contact details and the scheduling functionality. The layout was basic, and the social media icons, while present, did not fully integrate with the overall aesthetic, potentially making the process feel less cohesive or inviting.

The redesigned "Contact & Scheduling" section offers significant improvements in both form and function. Key enhancements include:

-Enhanced Visual Integration: The introduction of a human element through a relevant image on the left side creates a more inviting and trustworthy atmosphere, directly addressing the "Contact Us" prompt.

-Clearer Layout and Hierarchy: Information is better organized with clearer headings and distinct separation between "Contact Us" and "Schedule Your Call," making it easier for users to find the desired action.

-Refined Social Media Presence: The social media icons are more prominently displayed and integrated within the design, encouraging users to connect on various platforms.

-Improved Call to Action: The "Agendar tu llamada" button is well-defined and strategically placed within its section, guiding users efficiently towards booking a consultation.

-Cohesive Aesthetic: The overall design is more polished and aligned with the new brand identity, contributing to a professional and trustworthy image for StartCompanies.

These design choices streamline the communication process, making it more intuitive and visually appealing for users to connect with StartCompanies and begin their entrepreneurial journey.
